whitening material in contact with the teeth and then you will fill it with the

whitening material for few hours according to the dentist instruction.

another way for whitening the teeth is by using one of the over the counter whitening

product which contain a whitening agent but weaker than that applied by the dentist,

it is used in the same way where the gel is placed in mouth piece which fit in a less

secure way than the one made by the dentist then applied on the teeth surface.
